BANANA BREAD RECIPE (VEGETARIAN)

A typical recipe from The Netherlands. Banana bread is healthy and delicious. We made our own recipe with method of preparation for all our Solid Vegan members:) It is one of the most delicious breads we ever tasted. You can deep freeze it, eat it as lunch, breakfast or even dinner! ENJOY;) 

 

Banana bread with blue berries (12 slices) ingredients

-3 bananas 

-3 eggs

-150 grams of low fat-quark

-100 grams of almond flour

-50 grams quinoa flour (another flour is also sufficient)

-1 spoon of cinnamon

-2 spoons of baking powder

-20 grams pecan nuts

-Hand full of blue berries

-1 spoon of almond shavings

Banana bread with blue berries (12 slices) Preperation

Heat the oven to 175 degrees, take a cake mold and use some butter to make it fat and use baking paper. Mix the bananas, eggs and the low fat quark to one mix. Mix everything until it is a smooth mixture. After this, add the flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Also make sure to use a sniff of salt to the Doug mixture.

Now add the pecan nuts and the blue berries to the mixture and distribute the Doug on the cake mold. Top your banana bread off with the almond shavings. Bake the banana bread in the heated oven for 55 minutes until it has a golden brown color. If the cake comes out clean after 55 minutes, it is ready.

Make sure to let the cake cool for 30 minutes and you are ready to go!

DUTCH WEED BURGER RECIPE (VEGAN)

Another dutch recipe! The dutch weed burger is a 100% vegetable burger. This burger contributes to the introduction of seaweed and concurs the harts of a growing number of Vegans around the world. We made our own recipe with method of preparation for all our Solid Vegan members:) ENJOY;)

HOME MADE DUTCH WEED BURGER INGREDIENTS

-250 grams of tempeh
-75 milliliters of soy sauce 
-2 spoons of maple syrup
-1 spoon of red sauce
-2 spoons of ketchup
-1 spoon of paprika powder
-Olive oil
-100 grams of hummus
-1 red paprika
-5 gram of dried wakame
-1 big union
-Balsamic vinegar
-Sea salt and black pepper
-75 grams of salad
-4 pitta breads 

HOME MADE DUTCH WEED BURGER PREPARATION

Cut the tempeh horizontal in vertical thin slices. Mix the soy sauce, maple syrup and red sauce, 1 spoon ketchup and the paprika powder. Put the tempeh slices on a flat scale and poor over the mixture as before-mentioned. Let the mixture move into the tempe for 30 minutes. Make sure you switch the slices after 15 minutes. 

Heat a pan and poor in some olive oil. Free the union for 5 minutes and make sure you have reasonable slices. Also add the paprika to this. Bake again for 5 minutes until the paprika becomes soft. Add the balsamic vinegar and make sure to add some see salt and black pepper. 

Now you can poor of the tempeh. Heat again a pan with some olive oil and bake the tempeh for 5 minutes until you switch it (make sure you bake on low fire). Add the spoon of ketchup that is left and some of the marinade. After this the tempeh will be ready.

Toast the pita breads and follow the instructions from the packaging. Now put the hummus on one side of every pita bread, some salad and poor on the tempeh. Poor on the paprika and union with another spoon of hummus. You can also use more pita bread and slices of tempeh if you want to make more weed burgers!
